Choosing products in my online store are done with several things in mind- Where are they sourced from? What are the ingredients and does each ingredient have a purpose for being in the product? Does the usage of the product make sense?
My slogan for the products I have chosen is “Products with Purpose”. Each product has a specific purpose for its use, and each ingredient has a purpose for being in the product. I have tried all of the products personally (on myself, my horses, or family members), I have also done the research on each product and ensure that they are certified, clean and have high efficacy rates.

My main service area is southern Alberta. Generally, I go as far north as Airdrie and south down to the Lethbridge area. I go as far west and east as the provincial borders. I will travel outside of this area and to other provinces but a minimum amount of horses is required and an additional travel fee will apply. Please contact for more information or a quote.

The first session with a horse usually takes a little extra time. Plan for 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions are usually 45 minutes to an hour long.

Before I arrive, I ask that your horse is caught and brushed. If your horse is wet, please consider using a cooler or allowing time for them to dry off (wet hair is hard to massage over). Some clients choose to ride or lunge their horse before a session to help warm up their muscles. It is not imperative that you do this, but it can help me work deeper into the tissues.

“Homework” is determined at the end of a session. It will partly depend on the owner/riders availability and what is happening with the horse. Homework is given to help maintain what was achieved in the session and to help create change and balance in the body (it may be specific stretches, strengthening an area, creating more flexibility, activating weak areas, creating new habits for the rider, trying a new saddle, feeding a specific supplement, etc).
If the homework is done fairly consistently then the next session I can get a little deeper and address other issues in the body. Figuring out how to make a body better is like uncovering the layers of an onion. Getting to the core of the onion (or the main cause of an issue) is the primary goal. When doing the “homework” in between sessions it helps the body to work through some of those layers so in the next session we can work on deeper layers/issues. It is important to remember that you and your horse are together for a reason. The relationship/bond you have can help them to heal. So, by doing the homework with your horse you are aiding in the healing process.

Your horses journey to feeling their best, improving performance, or recovering from injury begins at the first session. The first session is not only a great way to see how your horse responds to bodywork, but it will also give the owner a baseline for what is going on with their horse. For example, differences from left and right side, muscles over working or underworking, range of motion difficulty, saddle/tack fit issues, etc. This baseline gives a direction for what types of bodywork modalities will be used in a session, and what will need to be done afterwards to keep the progress going. One session is not enough to correct or help heal a long-term issue, injury compensation, or create permanent change to accelerate performance. The first session is the start to the healing path.
In my experience, I have found that if owners can commit to the first 3 sessions over an 8 week period that is usually enough to work through most problems, reach the root cause to major issues, and create large positive results. After the initial 3 sessions I recommend follow up sessions depending on the horse, and performance needs.

Absolutely! I love hearing from my clients. Whether it is a quick phone call, text, video, or social media tag. I love to hear how the horses are doing after a session, with the “homework”, or performing at a show. I am also available to answer questions or give recommendations if you are having issues with the homework, new problems are arising with your horse and you need some direction, have supplement or product questions, or any other concerns that may arise. Maintaining a support system with horse owners and trainers is very important to me to ensure the horse has the best possible outcome from my sessions and the weeks afterwards.
